Stella Maris Leadership Award

All students based at St John Fisher Sixth Form work towards the Stella Maris Leadership Award, in partnership with Notre Dame Sixth Form College.

The award reflects our commitment to ‘Educating for Life’, encouraging students to flourish into well-rounded individuals.

It is underpinned by Catholic Social Teaching and focuses on cultivating intellectual, moral, civic, and performance virtues in students.

Progress is monitored through core RE lessons; however, students are recognised for their development of character across all areas of sixth form life. Students can achieve the Bronze, Silver, or Gold award.
