Year 11 Head Students Announced
We were delighted to announce to Year 11 students those awarded the role of Head Student and Deputy Head Student in a presentation ceremony in the Chapel yesterday afternoon. After a rigorous interview process, students who had put themselves forwards for a role in shaping the future of the school found out which position they would hold for the year.
Mr Mort spoke of how it was an extremely tough decision and that there was huge maturity in the students he met. Indeed, it had taken all day to come to a decision with Mrs Joy (Head of Upper School) and Mr Owen (Head of Year 11).
We wish the Head Students, Deputy Head Students and Student Leaders all the very best for the year. They will be involved in meetings, student feedback and strategic decisions with Mr Mort and the other members of the Senior Leadership team during 2021-2022.
